My Everyday Breakfast (50g protein)

INGREDIENTS

Serving size 1 (50g protein 15g fat 48g carbs)

I’ve perfected this recipe over the last few months eating it everyday so that the macros are perfect, filling and the pancakes are FLUFFY and delicious.

  • 1 egg

  • 3 tbsp eggwhites

  • 1/3 cup non fat cottage cheese

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1/4 cup protein oats ( I use Kodiak)

  • 1/3 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use this Noble)

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla paste

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • Toppings: fresh blueberries + 1/2 cup non fat greek yogurt (included in macros above)

Method

Blend all batter ingredients together until smooth. Over low heat, spray cooking oil and make 4 -5 inch circle pancakes and add 2-3 fresh blueberries directly on top. Then flip them when the top gets bubbly. cook other side until golden for another minute or two. Serve with a non fat greek yogurt and more fresh blueberries! ENJOY!
