Viral Asian Lasagna (easy dumpling idea)

Asian Lasagna Ingredients:

Makes 2 ramikin servings

  • 1/2 lb ground pork ( I use pasture raised Pontious Ranches one)

  • 2 thinly sliced green onion

  • 3 nappa cabbage leaves (diced, sprinkle with salt, and squeeze out all excess water) * this ingredient is optional

  • 1 tsp chicken bouillon

  • 1 tsp brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp sake (or any clear cooking wine)

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 2 tbsp grated ginger

  • 1 tbsp water

  • 2 tsp oyster sauce

  • 1/3 cup chicken broth or water ( i used water)

  • wonton wrappers

Mix up all the ingredients of the pork mixture into a large bowl. Layer into a ramakin a scoop of pork mixture, nappa cabbage, wonton wrapper until you get to the top. Then fill with 1/3 cup of water and top with another of wonton wrapper. Steam and boil for 20 minutes ( I use this pot and steamer) , top with garlic chili crunch and enjoy!
