easy hot pot

Ingredients:

Step by step:

  1. Cut all veggies and tofu up into bite sized pieces

  2. In two small bowls add to one, sesame sauce, and to other add ponzu, grated daikon, and chopped green onion

  3. Fill the pot with water (to the top of pot)

  4. Add a 2x3 piece of dried Kombu and add to water

  5. Then bring the water and Kombu to a boil, once boiling start swishing the beef til cooked through (15 sec) and dip into either sauces 

  6. Add veggies as you eat

  7. Cook through and enjoy!!
