easy soft scrambled eggs

Ingredients:

Step by step:

  1. Heat 1 tsp of butter in a non stick pan over medium low

  2. Crack 2 eggs directly into the pan

  3. Once the edges start to turn white, use a rubber spatula to break the yolk and drag all corners to the center of the pan

  4. Turn the heat off and cover with foil

  5. Let the residual heat finish cooking the eggs. Serve on toast and season with s&p

  6. Enjoy!
