soy sauce chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup smashed garlic

  • 2 lb chicken

  • 1/2 white onion sliced

  • 3 green onions bundles diagonally sliced

  • 1 cup cilantro roughly 2 inch chopped

  • 1.5 cups Chinese celery 2 inch chopped

  • 5 tbsp Sake

  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce

  • 3 tbsp Black vinegar

Step by step:

  1. Add smashed garlic to olive oil over medium heat.

  2. Once fragrant, add chopped chicken and stir fry for approx. 15 min until golden brown and crispy.

  3. Plate the chicken and leave the smashed garlic.

  4. Next add the greens and onions and cook for 3 minutes- add the chicken back in and cook for another 4 minutes. Add more soy sauce to taste. Plate and enjoy!
