Pork and tofu bowl

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz thinly sliced pork belly (palm size amount cut into 1” pieces)

  • two long green onions chopped

  • 1/2 pack silken tofu

  • onsen egg

  • Soy sauce (drizzle)

Step by step:

  1. First cut your green onion diagonally from the white part, then cut half your tofu and break into bite sized pieces, set aside

  2. Add olive oil to a pan and turn on heat to medium low

  3. Once pan is hot add the pork belly and green onions and

  4. Let cook for about 1-2 minutes, then flip and cook the other side. Season with salt and pepper. cook until golden brown.

  5. Once cooked add rice to a bowl and top with pork, tofu and green onions

  6. Top it off with more green onion, drizzle soy sauce, and crack an onsen egg! Enjoy!
