Appetizers

Watermelon Appetizer Ingredients:

  • 10 thinly sliced of watermelon (1/8 in slices)

  • toasted pine nuts

  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar

  • S&P

  • Mint

Step by Step:

  1. Slice your watermelon 1/8 in and plate

  2. Toast pine nuts in a pan

  3. Sprinkle the watermelon with red wine vinegar, add s&p and mint

Caviar Creme Fresh Appetizer Ingredients:

  • Mini crackers

  • Creme Fresh

  • Caviar

Step by Step:

  1. Plate your crackers

  2. Add your creme fresh and caviar

Heirloom Tomatoes Appetizer Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe heirloom tomatoes

  • buratta cheese

  • olive oil

  • balsamic vinegar

  • S&P

Step by Step:

  1. Slice your heirloom tomatoes

  2. Add burrata cheese on top

  3. sprinkle olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt and pepper

Main Course

Salmon Fillet Ingredients:

  • Salmon filets

  • S&P

  • Olive oil

Step by step:

  1. Pat both sides of salmon with paper towel

  2. Season both sides with salt and pepper

  3. Then in a pan add olive oil, heat on medium low and cook salmon skin side down for 3 minutes, flip and cover with foil for another 2 minutes

Chicken Thigh Ingredients:

  • skin on chicken thighs

  • S&P

  • Shaved apple

  • grilled cauliflower

Step by step:

  1. Pat both sides of salmon with paper towel

  2. Season both sides with salt and pepper

  3. Cook skin side down over medium heat 5 minutes, flip and add 1 tbsp sake or white wine and cook the other side 5 minutes and cover lightly with foil

  4. Then plate mixed greens, shave apple, grilled cauliflower (cut florets season s&p and olive oil, cut fennel cook in oven at 325 for 15 minutes)

  5. Plate all together and toss together chicken thigh and add ginger sesame dressing

Coconut Cilantro Rice Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rice

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk

  • salt and pepper

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 bunch of cilantro

Step by step:

  1. Cook your rice and add coconut milk, salt and pepper, and butter

  2. Once cooked, add cilantro

Mac and Cheese Ingredients:

  • 1 lb pasta

  • 1 block cheddar cheese

  • 1 block white cheddar cheese

  • 3.5 cups milk

  • 1 cup half and half

  • 4 tbsp flour

Step by step:

  1. Cook your pasta

  2. In a pan add the milk, half and half, flour, mix til it becomes thick

  3. Once thickened, add your cheese and pasta, mix all together til cheese is melted and combined
