WHAT I ATE IN A DAY: RECIPES

COTTAGE CHEESE PROTEIN PANCAKES (NO FLOUR)

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1/4 cup oats

  • 2 eggs

  • scoop of protein powder

  • dash of cinnamon

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup blueberries (topping)

METHOD:

Blend all ingredients except the blueberries. Heat large frying pan over low heat and add oil of choice. fry 3 -4 inch pancakes until golden on each side ~ 3 min total. Serve with fruit and enjoy!
