WHAT I ATE IN A DAY: RECIPES
COTTAGE CHEESE PROTEIN PANCAKES (NO FLOUR)
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 banana
1/4 cup oats
2 eggs
scoop of protein powder
dash of cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup blueberries (topping)
METHOD:
Blend all ingredients except the blueberries. Heat large frying pan over low heat and add oil of choice. fry 3 -4 inch pancakes until golden on each side ~ 3 min total. Serve with fruit and enjoy!
BANANA MILK PROTEIN SHAKE
Blend 1 banana, 1/2 cup ice, 1 cup milk of choice + vanilla protein (this one has 21g)
