Hiii!

Maybe it’s the warmer weather or the fact that they are so easy to make, but I’ve been on a huge smoothie kick lately. I thought I’d round up some of my favorite creations!

1. Avocado Mocha Smoothie

This is my go-to smoothie when I need a little extra kick (cough - caffeine - cough) in my protein smoothie!🍫It features ingredients like coffee, avocado and protein!

INGREDIENTS:

1 frozen banana
1/4 avocado
4-5 Ice cubes
1/3 cup green yogurt
2 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp almond butter
1/4 cup coffee
chocolate protein
1.5 cups almond milk
honey (optional)
granola for topping

2. Tofu Matcha Smoothie

Tofu? Might sound strange, but I would never steer you wrong! This smoothie is a must-try to get you moving in the morning. The tofu makes the smoothie creamy & protein-packed. It has a slight nutty flavor, but other than that, tasteless

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup silken tofu
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup light coconut milk canned
5 ice cubes
Handful of Spinach
1 tsp of Matcha (my fav = Ippodo Tea)
1 scoop Collagen For Her beauty blend (or vanilla protein)
1/2 cup almond milk (add a little at a time if needed to reach desired consistency)

3. Wake Up & Go Orange Smoothie

This is a super easy way to get an extra bit of protein to fuel your muscles. Then I blend all ingredients together and BAM - a bright, seasonal, energizing protein smoothie!

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup Yogurt
1 Frozen banana
1 cup Fresh squeezed Orange juice
1 tsp Vanilla
3/4 cup nut milk of choice
1/4 cup frozen Carrot
Vanilla Protein
1 tbsp ground flax
1 tsp grated fresh turmeric

4. Citrus Green Juice

If you like citrus and you're a beginner green juice drinker (or not), this will quench your thirst like no other. It is metabolism boosting, high in vitamin C, anti-inflammatory, aids in digestion, and masks the taste of greens.

INGREDIENTS:

1 Lemon Peeled, Deseeded
1 Lime Peeled, Deseeded
2 Navel oranges Peeled, Deseeded
1/2 inch piece of fresh turmeric root
1/2 inch piece of fresh ginger root
5 cups Cold water
2 big handfuls of Spinach
1/2 Tbsp Manuka honey

Blend & enjoy! Makes 4 large cups!

5. Earl Grey Smoothie

Perfectly bright and creamy, this is my new fav smoothie to enjoy in the morning or for an afternoon pick me up✨

INGREDIENTS:
Earl Grey Tea Ice Cubes
1 Frozen Banana (video shows 2, but stick with 1)
2-3 pitted Dates
Vanilla Extract
Non-dairy milk of choice

RECIPE:
1. Strongly brew Earl Grey Tea, then place in ice cube tray and freeze.
2. Blend ingredients together
3. Sip & Enjoy
