🦞Lobster stir fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 large lobster (deskilled)

  • 5 garlic cloves

  • 2 tbsp spliced ginger

  • 1 broccoli head 

  • 1 red bell pepper diced

  • 1 yellow bell pepper diced

  • 1 green bell pepper

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp sake

Method:

Heat olive oil in wok with garlic and ginger. Add lobster and cook medium rare. Next add all the veggies, soy sauce, sake, and salt to taste. 

🥩Ginger beef stir fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb rib eye steak sliced thin

  • egg white

  • 2 tsp soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp sake

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced ginger

  • 1/2 cup diagonally sliced green onion

  • 5 garlic cloves diced

Method:

In a mixing bowl, add sliced beef, egg white, soy sauce, garlic, oyster sauce and sake to marinade for 20 minutes. Heat olive oil in wok, add in beef mixture and stir to cook medium rare. Next, add ginger and green onion and stir to mix & serve!

🦑🥦Celery + squid stir fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh squid cut into bite size pieces

  • 1 bundle celery sliced thin into 3” pieces

  • 5 garlic cloves

  • 2 tbsp chicken broth

  • 1 tbsp sake

  • 1/4 cup sliced ginger thin

Method:

Heat olive oil with garlic and ginger. Add squid and fry til medium well and remove into bowl. In the same wok, add a little olive oil and fry the celery and add sake, chicken broth, and pinch of salt. Add squid back in and add salt to taste if needed! Enjoy!
