Cinnamon Roasted Butternut Squash Soup

I LOVEEEEEE this soup. It's creamy, delicious, comforting, warming..<33 I posted it on Snapchat earlier this week but many of you were also curious about which cookbook it came from so I thought I'd write a quick blog post with all the infozzz.

This cookbook was a gifted to me by one of my best friends for my birthday last year! It's called The Skinnytaste Cookbook: Light on Calories, Big on Flavor. (Mmm hmm 100% true) I love everything that I've made from it so far and I couldn't recommend it more.
