Gut Healthy Pumpkin Latte Milkshake
Ingredients
¾ cup kefir (plain or lightly sweetened vanilla — avoid extra tangy brands)
½ frozen banana
¼ cup pumpkin purée
½ cup unsweetened oat milk (or almond milk for a lighter version)
1–2 Medjool dates, pitted (adds caramel sweetness to offset coffee bitterness)
2–3 tbsp cold brew or espresso (optional — reduce to just a splash for flavor)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
½ tsp pumpkin spice
¼ tsp cinnamon
Pinch of sea salt
Ice, as needed
Cream top (optional):
2 tbsp half & half or coconut cream, frothed or whipped
Sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg on top
