Gut Healthy Pumpkin Latte Milkshake

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup kefir (plain or lightly sweetened vanilla — avoid extra tangy brands)

  • ½ frozen banana

  • ¼ cup pumpkin purée

  • ½ cup unsweetened oat milk (or almond milk for a lighter version)

  • 1–2 Medjool dates, pitted (adds caramel sweetness to offset coffee bitterness)

  • 2–3 tbsp cold brew or espresso (optional — reduce to just a splash for flavor)

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1 scoop Supergut Unflavored Foundational Daily Fiber

  • ½ tsp pumpkin spice

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Ice, as needed

Cream top (optional):

  • 2 tbsp half & half or coconut cream, frothed or whipped

  • Sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg on top
