Friday Favorites #3 | Healthy Snacks!

Hi guys!


Today I want to share some of my favorite healthy snacks out there on the market that I order on repeat from Amazon. The last two are both recipes that I’ve shared before and meal prep to have a container full so I never have a hungry moment when I’m home! Let’s get to it:

1. Make Your Own Acai Bowl!

I don’t think I’ll ever get sick of a fruit packed acai bowl! I’ll even go as far as to say it’s better than ice cream plus it’s way healthier and doesn’t mess with my digestion! Acai is nutrient dense and loaded with antioxidants so not only does it taste good, it’s doing wonders for your skin and immune system. My favorite recipe is linked here , you can substitute the juice for coconut milk and pitaya for an acai pack!

2. RX Nut Butter on a Rice Cake

RX bars now have nut butters and they are tasty AF! I’ve been spreading them on sea salt rice cakes with banana and hemp seeds. My two favorite flavors are the Almond Butter and Honey Cinnamon Peanut Butter! Sooo good and very guilty of spooning it straight out of the jar : P 2 Each serving has 9g of protein so it’s a perfect after workout snack!

3. Skinny Dipped Almonds | Dark Chocolate Raspberry

Have you guys had these?! It replaces my love for M&M covered almonds tbh, haha! These are my go-to whenever I’m craving chocolate. It’s covered in just the right amount of dark chocolate and the raspberry sprinkle on top gives a yummy tart flavor.

4. gimME Snacks Teriyaki Seaweed

I had this in my pantry from a gift bag I received a while back and never tried it until VERY recently and when I did- I IMMEDIATELY placed an order on Amazon for a 20 pack hahah. I make all my friends who come over try it and they are shocked at how flavorful they are too. It’s hard to stop at just one pack BUT the good thing is it’s a SUPER low calorie snack (only 25 cal!!) Seaweed is also so good for your hair, so I’m happy I found this brand that I enjoy SO MUNCH!

5. SmartsSweets Peach Rings

Peach rings but make it healthy! They have that same sour sweet taste but with WAY less sugar so you can feel less guilty when you’re craving candy!

6. Nate’s Superfood Muffins

These muffins are LOADED with the BEST ingredients and superfoods that are going to give you sustainable energy and they taste soooo good. I love making two dozen at a time and store them in a Tupperware in the fridge to eat whenever Im’ feeling a little peckish!

7. Superfood Oats with Berries

Yass superfood oats (either matcha or turmeric) is carb heavy and will make you feel full longer. So if you are STARVING have a bowl of these oats and it will sustain you for hours and give you energy to finish the day strong. I love any excuse to eat fruit so I top it with season fruit or berries and enjoy!
