Hey guys!

I hope you all are having an amazing day so far! I’m so excited that so many of you are joining #ResetWithRemi Fall challenge with me~~ ahhh it’s gonna be the greatesssst.

Part of my new routine is to eat lots of COLOR and veggies so I’m sharing my easy dinner recipe to get all that.

Ian and I LOVEE a delicious taco bar with free reign to put as much or as little as we want of our favorite toppings.

I listed some of my favorite toppings to hopefully inspire your next taco night but feel free to change it up and/or make it more simple! The best part is there is no "one recipe" for this : )

  • BUSH'S Black Bean Fiesta™

  • Avocado

I washed and chopped my veggies and put them into separate bowls. I've also been adding BUSH’S® Black Bean Fiesta™ to the mix because I love giving my tacos an extra kick. It's seriously so easy to just heat up and eat and tastes delicious! Lastly, I grilled some shrimp and jicama and BOOM, done!

Anyways these tacos ended up being SOO delicious and we always have leftovers to make taco bowls the next day!

Next time you create a DIY taco bar I hope you think of me and have fun building.
