My key workout pieces!

Jumping right into my favorite Adidas workout gear that I reach for most and have multiples of because I love so much. Hope you Enjoy!

This hoodie is included in Rita Ora's Avenue A winter box. I love that the front of the sweatshirt says "BANNED FROM NORMAL" - its makes me feel bad ass ; ) Similar crew neck can be found here. Excited for Hannah Bronfman's curated box in the Spring!

XbyO Pants are a great everyday basic with the comfort of a sweat pant. They are made of luxe Japanese fabric and slightly flare out to the side. I have 2 in black and 1 in grey. I wear them almost everyday!

Key pieces in performance:

The Strappy Bra is one of my all time favorite Adidas bras and comes in this beautiful burgundy jewel tone! I love the thin straps and the cut is very flattering on and enhances the bust. A feature that I look for in a bra ALWAYS is removable padding cups and racer back. Check and check! And yes I'm am guilty of owning every color way in this bra : )

When I look for training pants, I always care about how it fits around my hips and the softness of the fabric. These Ultra Seven-Eighth tights are on the higher price point bracket ($110) but I can see why. They are stretchy, super soft and remind me of a high quality yoga pant but with performance technology. They keep me at the perfect temperature especially during the winter.

I've been reaching for this lightweight ClimaStorm jacket a lot recently. I think it's because its a great layering piece and one you'd wear on a jog and then wrap around your hips once you're all warmed up because it doesn't weigh you down. It's also water proof + wind proof!

Another performance tight that I've been loving is this light weight, super flattering Adizero Compression tight - it keeps me cool while I workout and I just love how subtle the graphic look.

They fit so nicely and make your bum look lifted too ; D

A lot of you may already know this, but my favorite shoe from everyday wear to training is the Ultraboost (uncaged and caged). I love them both because of the infamous 'boost' sole and snug - sock-like fit.

However, making an appearance often and a shoe that I'm loving for support and training over the past 6 months are these Alpha bounces. They are SUPER comfortable and also gives back energy when your walking and running around like the Ultraboosts. Also, been drooling over Neutral color ways that were just released...

Tip: I'm normally a 6.5 but wear a size 5.5 in Alpha bounces so I would go a full size down.

Not all Adidas tanks and tees fit me right on my body type. Because I'm not curvy, I have to find flattering tanks that give me shape. I can't find the exact one on the website now, but this one is a good alternative. I love the thin racerback and drop arm details. Makes my upper body have more shape. I have this tank in all color ways too and I've cut a few of them with scissors to make them into crop tops.

Lastly, this outfit in different neutral color ways is what I'm wearing most weekends. It's comfy enough to wear at home all day and athleisure chic enough to go out & run errands. I think outfits like these is what I look for when I shop. I'm really all about comfort.

As a reference, I'm 5'4 and wear an XS in all Adidas gear. I'm a size 6.5 in ultra boots and a size 5.5 in Alpha bounces. let me know if you have ANY questions!
