Yummy Fruit Shake

This Recipe was inspired by my visit to The Daily Shake. It's located on Pico Blvd. in Mid City:) Mine has 4 different fruits, 1 date, and almond butter in it. I left out the coconut oil and avocado but if you include those, you'll get a really filling and delicious shake. 


3 Strawberries
Handful of frozen Raspberries
Handful of frozen Blueberries
1/2 Green Apple
1 Tbsp Almond Butter
1 date pitted
1.5 cups Almond Milk
Handful of Ice
1/4 Avocado
1/2 Tsp of Coconut Oil

I use the Nutri Ninja Pro Auto IQ Blender

Also, talk about the progress I WAS making weeks 9-12... I got sick last week and was bed ridden for 4 days, so between all the carb-filled noodle soups, lack of green juices, and no strength training, I feel mushier already hahah but hey, life happens and at least I feel a lot better :)

I'm going to finish where I left off with WEEK 12 abs today and then move on to week 13. My goal is to do 4 circuits , 1 leg/booty training day, 2-3 cardio this week and I'm sure I'll feel back to my normal self in no time. What are your work out goals this week? :- )
