My Favorite Ways to Use Oat Milk!


OAT MILK RUN! I’m literally running to the store restocking on it every 3 days because I use it in EVERYTHING… My iced matcha lattes, oatmeals, muffins etc!

Since cutting out milk from my diet several years ago- I’ve been on the hunt for alternatives that still tastes as creamy and delicious as the real deal. When a friend told me to try oat milk in my matcha one day- I was blown away. I couldn’t believe I wasn’t drinking milk…

Since then, I’ve been hooked.

I use it in everything and linked some of my favorite recipes to swap for oat milk:

I’ve tried all the oat milks out there in the market and was SOO EXCITED to hear that Quaker Oats just launched their own oat beverage - I mean how could they NOT, right?! You will LOVEEE this one.

There are 3 flavors to choose from: Original, Unsweetened Original, and Vanilla.

I use Vanilla and Unsweetened Original in my matcha lattes and oatmeals… plus we’ve been making Nate’s superfood muffins with it too. The creamy smooth texture is spot on and to me tastes very similar to homemade oat milk compared to other brands I’ve tried!

As long as they don't go selling out at my local grocery store, which literally cross my fingers has not- I’ll be a happy girl haha :D! Let me know if you try this oat milk out and if you’re looking for recipes to use this plant-based beverage in - I’ll leave a variety here:
