My 15 Go-To Exercises at the Gym!
Maybe you know, but I recently switched gyms! I'm loving Equinox so far because the space is so pretty with a ton of natural light and so much equipment and machines to play with!
Anyway I thought it would be fun to show you my workouts I've been doing. I know the gym can be an intimidating place sometimes with complicated looking machines but I hope my GIFS help you to easily follow along!
What I'm sharing today is a full body gym-based routine that builds not only physical strength but also encourages more confidence being on the gym floor. Lets do this!
Part 1: Arms
Bench Rows: 15 x 3 (each arm)
Hammer Curls: 15 x 3
Cable Pull Down: 15 x 3
Lateral Raise: 15 x 3
Front Raise: 15 x3
Tricep Dips: 15 x 3
Part 2: Legs/Glutes
Elevated Dumbell Squat: 15 x 3
Outer Glute Extension: 15 x 3
Hamstring Curl: 15 x 3
Donkey Kick on Machine: 15 x 3 (per leg)
Weighted Lunges: 15 x 3 (per leg)
Part 3: Abs
Weighted Sit Up: 15 x 3
Leg Raises on Captain's Chair: 15 x 3
Bent Knee Leg Raises on Captain's Chair: 15 x 3
Mountain Climbers on bosu ball: 40 x 3 (20 per leg)
Whoo!! All done! This is a challenging workout to complete so huge props to you! Feel free to isolate these moves and make your own workout, such as arms only + 20 minutes of cardio, or legs only + 15 minutes on the rowing machine.
