5 tips to power through your run! (even in a storm)
This is the video I shot during one of the worst storm days I've seen in LA in a long long while. It was perfect though bc the theme of it was how to stay motivated and get through your run even in a storm.
I love the way it came out! So moody and the slow motion shots are pretty cool to see. It was definitely worth being soaking wet all day with the bad ass crew!

1. Build mental strength- think positive thoughts
2. Slow Down
3. Take Smaller strides
4. Lean forward
