My Healthy S'mores Snack!

Vegan avocado chocolate mousse recipe

2 ripe avocados

6 packets of SPLENDA® Naturals Stevia Sweetener

1/3 cup cacao powder

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1/8 tsp salt

2 tbsp almond milk


Method

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth and store in fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving. For the s'mores, toast marshmallows over a a stove and serve together with graham cracker and swipe of chocolate mousse. I love that it isn't overly sweet but still satisfies my sweet tooth for this childhood favorite!
