Strawberry + Sage Yogurt Pops Recipe

GAAH! Yogurt pops are SO good. I made them on a whim because I had strawberries and sage left over and with a teeny bit of effort I had these ice cream bars ready for me in the freezer! They are tart, creamy, and perfectly sweet. You can freeze almost anything in a popsicle mold ( OJ pops, plain coconut milk pops, infused water pops..etc) and they make the perfect snack.

2 cups strawberry (stems removed and sliced)
6-7 sage leaves chopped thin
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
pinch of salt
dash of white wine (optional)
dash of vanilla extract
dash of cinnamon
2 cups plain greek yogurt or vanilla yogurt, I used vanilla with these.

Place all ingredients (except the yogurt) in a small pan over medium low heat. Once the syrup starts to bubble, reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes until a jammy texture is reached.

Once the jam is cooled, mix in the greek yogurt in a medium sized bowl. I like to stir lightly, so I have swirls of jam in my popsicle molds. Fill molds with the mixture and stick it in the freezer until  they are ready. Once ready, popsicle under cool water for 30 seconds and they should pop right out!
