The Peninsula Beverly Hills | Belvedere
As a Los Angeles native, I’ve been coming to The Peninsula hotel for their legendary afternoon tea experience for forever. It’s such a cute, unique way to spend time with friends and family, and it’s become a tradition for us to come every Mother’s Day!
Recently though, I discovered a new reason to visit. They just renovated their terrace into an inviting outdoor eatery, and I got to check it out a while back. The restaurant is called Belvedere and OMG it was soooo good, you guys! Not to mention ridiculously gorgeous! Fire place + outdoor dining...it’s the loveliest spot to enjoy a leisurely lunch or dinner—along with Rosé, obviously :P
The Mediterranean menu curated by Chef David Codney is to-die-for and I got to enjoy his favorite dishes. Their flatbreads (I got the crab one & the cauliflower one, MMMM) were one of my favorite items on the menu because the dough was p.e.r.f.e.c.t and it tasted SO GOOD. I can imagine coming back here over and over again for a light lunch on a sunny day.
It's a true treat for seafood and dessert lovers alike.
If you can’t find me this summer, you know where to look ;) Do yourself a favor and head there ASAP!
