1/3 Cup Rolled Oats
1/3 Cup Shredded Coconut (unsweetened)
5 Torn and Pitted Dates
3 Tbsp of Buckwheat Groats
Dash of Cinnamon
Pulse in a food Processor and store in tightly sealed jar. Sprinkle over oatmeal, smoothie bowls, or just eat as a snack. I recommend refrigerating it so it stays fresh longer :)!
