Coconut Pineapple & Pitaya Smoothie Bowl

Ever since I was introduced to Pitaya, I've been hooked. Not only is the color vibrant and fun to eat, but it's got so many great health benefits too (rich in antioxidants and Vitamin C). Together with a Bai's Cocofusion Puna coconut Pineapple which is also infused with antioxidants, and 100mg of coffeefruit extract & white tea extract, you're sure to be buzzing with energy after!  

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 Cup Frozen Mango Chunks

  • 1/4 Cup Frozen Pineapple

  • 1 PitayaPlus Pack

  • 1/4 Squeeze of Fresh Lime Juice

  • 3 Tbsp of Bai Puna Coconut Pineapple

  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Milk (Canned)

Method:

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Serve with fresh banana, strawberry, honey, and Homemade Rawnola. (Recipe will be posted soon)
