Combine in Blender:

  • 1/2 peeled avocado

  • 1 banana (frozen or fresh)

  • 1/2 cup toasted coconut almond milk or regular almond milk

  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 cup ice
